June 2008: Sarah Zaenger, Peace Corps Volunteer; reports receipt of Boxes at Surenavan School

Dear Terra,

On behalf of the Surenavan Secondary School and the greater Surenavan community I would like to send my sincere thanks to Focus on Children Now for the box of children's clothes and two balls they sent to our village.  The gifts were received on Monday and I distributed them yesterday to the much appreciative children in our kindergarten.



The school director was very thankful for the condition of the clothes and the care with which they were packed. I think it meant a lot to everyone that the organization took the time to make sure that the clothes were clean and in good condition.



Thank you also, Terra, for your organization of this project. I appreciate your time and effort very much.
