Baghanis Village is located in the Tavush region of Armenia, and is 180 KM from the capital, Yerevan. With a population of 785 people and 260 households, this is one of the smaller villages we have had the pleasure of servicing. As you may or may not know, Baghanis closely borders the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. The villagers’ main source of income comes from agricultural work. Baghanis has one school with 100 students, and a small kindergarten with 22 children. Paros Foundation recently renovated the kindergarten, and in 2019, FCN delivered and installed beds, furniture, and a playground to aid in the grand reopening of the kindergarten.
