Artimet Kindergarten Beds & Furniture

Artimet is a village in the Araks community of Armenia’s Armavir province, located 25 kilometers from Yerevan. The village has a population of 2,018 people across 380 households, with most residents engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry. Artimet has one school serving 184 students and one kindergarten, which operates 11 months out of the year and serves 66 children. The kindergarten is equipped with local heating. In the past year, the kindergarten received critical upgrades thanks to support from FCN. The project addressed several longstanding needs, including new furniture for classrooms and nap rooms, wardrobes for storage, and equipment for a small indoor sports area. These improvements have strengthened the educational, developmental, and physical environment for the children, helping provide a more complete and supportive early learning experience.
