Chambarak #5 Kindergarten Beds, Bedding, Furniture, and Piano

Chambarak is a town in Armenia’s Gegharkunik province, located about 120 kilometers—or a 1.5-hour drive—from Yerevan. With a population of 6,745, the town’s primary occupations are agriculture and livestock farming. Chambarak has one kindergarten, which was renovated last year and serves 120 children across four classrooms. Following the renovations, a request was submitted to FCN for beds, bedding, and classroom furniture. Thanks to generous support, two of the classrooms were fully furnished through FCN’s facebook fundraisers. The remaining two classrooms have now also been equipped, completing the project and allowing all 120 children to attend in a safe and welcoming environment. In addition, a piano was donated to the kindergarten, enriching the children’s educational experience by introducing music into their daily activities.
