Dashtakar Kindergarten Sports Room

Dashtakar (Armenian: Դաշտաքար) is a village in the Vedi Municipality of Armenia’s Ararat Province, located 53 kilometers from Yerevan. With approximately 570 residents across 180 households, the village’s economy is primarily based on agriculture and farming. Dashtakar has one school serving 105 students from grades 1 through 12, and a kindergarten that provides care and early education to 37 children. In response to the community’s request for a safe indoor space where children can play and stay active year-round, a sports room/playroom has now been completed. This new space offers a secure and engaging environment that supports the children’s physical development and well-being.
