Khukasavan Kindergarten Beds and Furniture

Ghukasavan is a village in the Masis community of Armenia’s Ararat province, located just 3 kilometers from Yerevan. The village has a population of 2,260 residents across 596 households, with most engaged in agriculture and various trades. Ghukasavan has one school serving 350 students and a kindergarten that operates year-round with 60 enrolled children. The kindergarten is equipped with heating and has undergone recent renovations in both its classrooms and nap rooms.

However, until recently, the furniture remained a major concern—most items, including beds and storage units, were over 30 years old and in poor condition. A request was submitted for updated furniture to match the newly renovated space. Thanks to generous support, the project has now been completed, and the kindergarten is fully furnished with safe, functional, and age-appropriate items. This has created a much more comfortable and nurturing environment for the children, improving their daily experience and supporting their early development.
