Goris #3 Kindergarten Beds and Furniture

Goris is a city in Armenia’s Syunik province, located approximately 230 kilometers from Yerevan. With a population of around 19,000 people, Goris is home to several educational institutions, including Kindergarten No. 3, officially named “Goris Preschool Educational Institution No. 3,” located at 17 Getapnya Street. The kindergarten operates year-round and serves 150 children.

Although the facility has been functioning continuously, it faced a major challenge: six of its classrooms were furnished with outdated furniture that had been in use for over 40 years. The worn-out items no longer met modern educational or safety standards. A request was submitted for new classroom furniture to support the kindergarten’s ability to deliver a quality early education experience.

Thanks to the support received, the project has now been completed, and all six classrooms have been newly furnished. The children now enjoy a comfortable, safe, and enriching environment—one that supports both their educational needs and overall well-being.
