Yeghegnut Kindergarten Beds, Bedding, and Furniture

Yeghegnut village is in Armavir province 44 km away from Yerevan, (about 1 hour drive).  The population in the village is 2163 with 474 households. The main occupation in the village is farming. There is one school (K-12) with 265 students. The only kindergarten in the village has 70 students. The kindergarten operates 11 months out of a year. The kindergarten in this area has two classes with over 60 kids attending the school. They have a long waiting list for kindergarten age students to attend school. After 3 years, the Hamaynk renovated one class in this building. 

The request for thirty-four beds, bedding and furniture was submitted to FCN beginning of this year. By getting the beds, bedding and furniture for this class 34 kids will be able to attend school and get an education and have a bright future and at the same time, their parents can work in the fields and support their families.
