Hrazdan (Armenian: Հրազդան) is a town and urban municipal community in Armenia, serving as the administrative center of Kotayk Province. It is located 45 kilometers (28 miles) northeast of the capital Yerevan and is home to approximately 58,000 residents.

Hrazdan is home to 1,188 displaced families from Artsakh, including over 491 kindergarten-aged children. To meet the needs of both Hrazdan's original residents and displaced families, the municipality needed to expand the city's kindergartens. As part of this effort, the municipality is renovated and expanded kindergarten#11 building to accommodate 200 children, thereby increasing the student capacity by 60. The kindergarten opened in late summer, 2024.

To help with these upgrades, the municipality requested furniture for 7 classrooms (200 students). This expansion not only addressed the issue of limited space but also creates a minimum of 5 local employment opportunities. Furthermore, it opens doors for 60 mothers to join the workforce, generating income for their families while ensuring their children receive the care they deserve.
