Zaritap Kindergarten Beds, Bedding, and Furniture

The project took place in the village of Zaritap, located in the Vayots Dzor region, 140 kilometers from Yerevan. The village had a population of 1,417 people and 423 households. The residents were primarily engaged in horticulture and animal husbandry. The community had one school with 195 students enrolled and a kindergarten attended by 90 children. The kindergarten operated 10 months a year and was equipped with a heating system. The project also created five new jobs.

The project addressed the kindergarten’s need for new furniture in the group rooms. The kindergarten served children not only from Zaritap but also from six nearby border villages, as well as 12 children who had relocated from Artsakh. The improved facilities provided a safe and well-equipped environment, ensuring that all children could learn and play in comfortable conditions.
